  • Support risk identification and mitigation efforts related to HVAC scope, equipment performance, technical integration, and project delivery.
  • Contribute to client communication, attend progress meetings, and provide updates on HVAC system status, commissioning, and performance.
  • Participate in project handover, system startup/commissioning support, testing/balancing coordination, and post-project reviews to drive continuous improvement and lessons learned.

Supervisory Responsibilities
None (this role has no direct supervisory responsibilities but requires close collaboration with project managers, field teams, and other departments; may involve guiding or mentoring junior staff or interns as needed).

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Physical Demands: Primarily office-based with frequent job-site visits; ability to walk active construction sites, climb ladders/stairs, lift light materials (plans, laptop), and travel regionally as needed.
  • Work Environment/Safety: Professional office with hybrid options and active construction sites; exposure to varying weather, noise, dust, heights; must adhere to OSHA regulations, conduct hazard identification, and wear required PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, steel-toed boots) on sites-safety is our top priority and non-negotiable. This is a safety-sensitive position.

Required Skills
  • Familiarity with commercial HVAC systems (chillers, boilers, air handlers, VAV systems, rooftop units, piping/ductwork) and integration with other building systems preferred.
  • Understanding of project management principles, including scheduling, cost control, procurement, and risk management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Project, Word); experience with project management software (Procore, Autodesk BIM 360, Bluebeam, or similar) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
