Job description

Site Project Manager

Purpose
The Site Project Manager (Site PM) is a site-dedicated leadership role responsible for the successful execution of all IK
Systems work at an assigned job site across multiple states. This role is embedded on-site and, in direct partnership with
the IK Systems Site Superintendent, is accountable for running the project day to day. Nationwide travel between jobsites
may be required as customer needs dictate.
The Site PM owns field execution, coordination, and schedule adherence across all active workstreams at the site. This
includes leadership of IK Systems field teams, subcontractors, and coordination with the General Contractor, owner
representatives, and other trades.
This role is assigned to a primary job site for the duration of the project and is expected to operate as the on-site authority
for IK Systems. The Site PM reports to the Director of PMO, who provides oversight, support, and escalation.
This is a construction management-focused role that may require nationwide travel more than 50% of the time.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (The How)
The Site Project Manager leads on site project delivery for IK Systems, with full responsibility for execution, coordination,
and performance at the assigned job site, including:
• Serve as the on-site project leader for IK Systems, accountable for execution of all project scope at the assigned job
site. Partner directly with the Site Superintendent to run daily operations, coordinate field activities, and lead
workforce execution.
• Own site performance across schedule, quality, coordination, and productivity. Drive adherence to the master
construction schedule, develop and manage lookahead plans, and proactively identify and resolve risks, conflicts,
and delays.
• Act as the primary interface with the General Contractor, subcontractors, and other trades. Lead coordination to
ensure IK Systems work is properly sequenced, aligned with site logistics, and executed without disruption or
rework.
• Direct and support the IK Systems site superintendent, field installation, and engineering teams to ensure
disciplined execution. Maintain accountability across all personnel and reinforce expectations for professionalism,
quality, and performance.
• Ensure all work complies with project specifications, drawings, and applicable codes. Enforce safety protocols and
maintain a safe, compliant job site in alignment with OSHA and company standards.
• Coordinate with the procurement and shipping/receiving team to ensure materials, equipment, and site logistics
are aligned with the construction schedule and support uninterrupted progress.
• Provide clear, timely communication on site progress, risks, and issues. Lead and participate in coordination
meetings with contractors, owners, and internal stakeholders to maintain alignment and drive the project forward.

Electrical Technology, or a related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of field construction experience, preferably in low-voltage systems, electrical contracting,
or a related construction trade. Prior experience in a site superintendent, field supervisor, or assistant project manager
capacity is strongly preferred.
Certificates or Licenses: Valid Driver's License and the ability to travel by air required.
Technical Skills: Working knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, and field coordination. Ability to read and

• Experience on large commercial, casino, or regulated-market construction projects.
• Familiarity with construction management platforms (Procore, Bluebeam, or equivalent).
• Prior experience working within a General Contractor or Electrical Contractor organizational model.
Work Environment and Physical Demands (Office/Jobsite Hybrid Role)
