  • Support multiple projects simultaneously
  • Travel to project sites throughout California and occasional out-of-state projects

Requirements
  • 2–5 years of experience with a general contractor
  • Experience as an Assistant Project Manager, Project Engineer, Field Engineer, or similar role
  • Ground-up commercial or multifamily construction experience preferred
  • Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
  • Familiarity with payment applications, change orders, and project documentation
  • Bluebeam and Microsoft Excel experience required
  • Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related degree preferred

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k)
  • Paid holidays and PTO
  • Approximately 75% office / 25% field
  • Monthly travel opportunities
  • Long-term career growth in construction consulting
