Job description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to support the successful execution of multifamily construction projects. The Project Engineer will work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This role is ideal for candidates with 1-2 years of multifamily construction experience who possess strong organizational, communication, and technical skills.
Responsibilities

  • Prepare, track, and manage Requests for Information (RFIs).
  • Process and maintain subcontractor and vendor submittals.
  • Assist with subcontractor invoicing, billing entry, and payment tracking.
  • Support the preparation and management of change orders.
  • Attend project meetings and prepare detailed meeting minutes.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and filing systems.
  • Assist Project Managers with scheduling, procurement, and project coordination.
  • Review plans, specifications, and construction documents.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to resolve issues and keep projects on schedule.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and quality standards.
