Job description

Overview

This Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with and monitoring staffing plans, streamlining hiring efforts, managing work hours, overseeing onboarding and training of new hires and organizing, attending and participating in training. The ideal candidate will be able to help support and lead a team of our external employees and serve as a ink between that staff and our Consulting Program Manager and Account Management team. This role includes daily interactions with onsite resources, customers and requires strong interpersonal skills.


Responsibilities

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate the resource onboarding process and documentation
  • Delivery of onboarding presentation
  • Management of onboarding materials (start binders, operations manual, employee handbook, resource info, client specific documentation, training, etc.)
  • Creation and standardization of documentation in addition to responsibilities for enhancements and version control
  • Asset Management
  • Collecting and maintaining data around time to fill, retention, attrition, attendance and other KPIs
  • Hosting team kick off calls for Recruiting efforts
  • Streamlining and driving improvements in Recruiting processes
  • Coordinating with Account Managers to record interview metrics
  • Weekly approval of timesheets and verifications of hours
  • Responsible for communicating and planning team morale events
  • Quarterly 1:1s with employees
  • Provides coaching on attendance, performance, or behavioral issues as needed
  • Help maintain a professional and positive culture
  • Assist in the collection of employee satisfaction and customer satisfaction surveys
  • Works with Program Manager to identify resource risks and helps assist in remediation strategies
  • Ability to answer or triage employee questions (project related, HR/timesheet related, IT, etc.)
  • Assistance with collection of content for quarterly and/or monthly business reviews in addition to the visualization of the business deck
  • Conducts exit interviews and reports on employee satisfaction
