Job description

BMS CAT is a trusted leader in disaster restoration. From initial clean-up to complete rebuilds, BMS CAT supports clients every step of the way. We handle multi-million-dollar commercial projects as well as residential losses of several thousand dollars and everything in between. Founded in 1948, we have built a long-standing reputation for quality, reliability, and service excellence.
Position Summary:
As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee both residential and commercial reconstruction projects. From start to finish, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Unlike new construction, our rebuild projects present unique challenges, and no two days are the same. You will interact daily with subcontractors, in-house craftsmen, property managers, and insurance professionals.
The Opportunity:
This position offers the opportunity to work with both commercial and residential property owners while partnering with some of the best subcontractors in the industry. As your skills grow, you will have the chance to take on increasingly complex projects. For the right person, this role can lead to the next step in your career as a Construction Manager.
Compensation and Benefits:
As a Construction Project Manager, you will receive a base salary plus bonus opportunities based on profitability. Compensation will vary by location and experience level and can be discussed during the interview process. In addition, you will be provided with a company vehicle or car allowance, fuel card, toll tag or pass, laptop, smartphone, and the tools and resources needed for success. Benefits include paid employee life insurance, optional medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan, and generous paid time off.
What You Must Have: To succeed in this role, you must have a minimum of two years of hands-on experience running residential or commercial construction projects. You must have strong organizational skills and be team oriented. The ability to communicate with both residential and commercial property owners is very important. Experience working with time and materials and Xactimate estimating is also helpful. Contractor's license preferred.
If this sounds like you, please APPLY TODAY!
BMS CAT is an Equal Opportunity Employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or protected veteran status and will not be discriminated against on the basis of disability.
