Job description

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of construction project management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of contracts, pay applications, certified payroll, change orders, and closeout.
  • Proficient in construction documents, building codes, budgeting, scheduling, and Microsoft Office/Project.
  • Experience with construction tools such as Bluebeam or Procore.
  • Strong communication and project coordination skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • K–12, higher education, or public-sector construction experience.
  • Grant-funded construction/compliance experience.
  • Experience with athletic fields, HVAC replacements, and interior renovations.
  • LEED/sustainable design and permitting experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage construction and renovation projects from planning through closeout.
  • Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct site visits and monitor quality, cost, schedule, and code compliance.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, pay applications, change orders, and project documentation.
  • Lead project meetings, resolve issues, and provide leadership updates.
  • Support bidding, procurement, contractor evaluation, punch lists, and final closeout.
