We are seeking a dedicated, hardworking Home Care Supervisor; our HC Supervisor will review, evaluate and approve work of assigned staff as well as assist with program development and staff training.
What you'll do:
  • Assign, Review, Evaluate and Approve the work of assigned staff
  • Monitor the provision and effectiveness of authorized services
  • Provide training and support to CMs; participate in hiring program staff
  • Understand and adhere to OCES and funding source regulations, standards and procedures; distribute and interpret this information to staff
  • Advise and consult with other HC management staff from various disciplines on a regular basis
  • Assist HC Program Managers with other tasks upon request
