Job Duties:
Based on hired applicant, this position will report to the Dominguez unit or the Division Austin Headquarters (4616 West Howard Lane) on a daily basis. This position assists other Assistant Regional Directors during times of leave or vacancy and provides oversight of prerelease reentry employment efforts, special population services and critical operational quality assurance monitoring. Daytoday functions include facilitating prerelease employment events, connecting with employers, workforce development councils, and business associations to build relationships and recruit support for statewide indicates to employ the returning population immediately upon release. This position also serves to oversee special projects and pilots within the reentry sphere such as operations within Reentry Dormitories, grant or pilot project supervision and innovation in the reentry field.

You have experience working with large scale employers, within employment recruitment efforts or criminal justice reentry planning.
