We provide residential, educational, and recreational programs to support and improve the lives of those we serve in a caring and compassionate team environment.RESPONSIBILITES:Directly supervises other team members within the residential department.Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training team members; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining team members; addressing complaints and resolving problems.On Call Schedule as needed.
