Job description

Martin Luther College (MLC) is seeking a Head Men's Basketball Coach and an Assistant Athletic Director to support its NCAA Division III programs. This position promotes excellence in competition while contributing to the formation of student-athletes for lives of Christian service.
Serving as both coach and administrator, this position provides leadership for the men's basketball program and assists in the overall operations of the athletics department. The individual works closely with the Athletic Director to support a positive student-athlete experience and ensure alignment with the mission and the Athletic Department Philosophy.
