We currently have an opening for an HR Generalist II position in Panama City, FL.
Job Details :
Location : Panama City, FL
Shift : M-F 8AM - 5PM
Position : HR Generalist II
 
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage employee relations, investigations, counseling, and performance management support
• Ensure compliance with EEO, OSHA, AAP, and other federal/state employment regulations
• Support benefits administration, enrollments, renewals, and HR record maintenance
• Assist with onboarding, recruitment activities, and job postings
• Interpret and implement company policies and HR procedures consistently across locations
• Maintain confidentiality while supporting managers and employees with HR-related matters

Qualifications:
• 2–5 years of progressive HR experience
• Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and employment laws
• Experience in employee relations, compliance, onboarding, and benefits administration
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
• Ability to travel between locations if required
