Job Description

Responsibilities: 

Must work with designers in integrating designs and templates with front end logic 

Develop and maintain singe page applications 

Test and refine RESTful APIs 

Stay up - to - date on the latest front end technologies 

Contribute to design and technology decisions 

Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards 

Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback 

Document his/her codebase 


Required Experience: 

BS or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Interactive Design or related field 

3+ years of experience in modern front end languages such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3. 

Working understanding of JavaScript framework such as Angular, Ember or React 

Experience unit testing JavaScript 

Experience calling your own or external RESTful APIs such as Google Maps or Spotify APIs. 

Experience Debugging CSS layout issues 

Experience with jQuery 

Experience with building responsive websites that create a positive user experience 

Must be up to date with latest UI trends, techniques and technologies 

Involvement with CommonJS and packaging systems such as bowserify or webpack 

Experience with Git and Github source control
