Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
Compensation: $30-$35 depending on experience.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and support daily production planning and scheduling activities
• Develop and maintain production and material plans based on demand forecasts, inventory targets.
• Enter, review, and maintain accurate data within SAGE 100 and other internal systems.
• Perform regular reviews of planning/buy parameters including lead times, lot sizes, and safety stock.
• Monitor inventory and material availability to support uninterrupted production operations
• Assist with the creation and tracking of work orders and production documentation.
• Communicate scheduling updates, shortages, and delays with Production, Purchasing, Shipping, Sales, and Customer Service teams
• Review reports and operational data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies as needed
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to planning and operational efficiency
• Maintain organized and accurate planning records, files, and reports.
• Provide additional administrative and operational support as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Manufacturing make-to-order environment, production planning, and coordination role experience.
• Experience using SAGE 100 ERP system required
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Education & Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing planning, scheduling, or coordination preferred
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
Work Environment:
• Combination of office and manufacturing floor environment.
• Require frequent walking throughout the production facility.
• Ability to sit, stand, and work on a computer for extended periods of time.
