Title: Product Analyst      Location:  Orlando

Reports to:  AVP, Product      FLSA Status: Exempt

Position Summary

The Product Analyst will support the product management team by providing insights,analysis, and execution support to inform product decisions. This role is ideal for someone early in their product career who wants to learn the craft of product management while contributing to the success of our health tech platform. The Product Analyst will gather customer feedback, track product performance, and help ensure smooth delivery of features, working closely with product managers, engineering, design, and program management.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Vision

  • Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to inform product direction.
  • Translate data and insights into reports and recommendations for PMs and senior product leaders.
  • Track industry and regulatory trends relevant to health tech and enterprise SaaS.

Execution & Delivery

  • Support backlog grooming and sprint planning by documenting requirements and user stories under PM guidance.
  • Assist in QA, UAT, and release readiness activities.
  • Monitor and report on sprint progress, helping identify delivery risks or blockers.

External Influence

  • Gather structured feedback from customers through interviews, surveys, and support tickets.
  • Track adoption and usage metrics, highlighting opportunities for improvement.
  • Shadow PMs in customer calls to build experience with discovery and validation.

Internal Influence

  • Serve as a connector across teams by organizing notes, decisions, and action items.
  • Provide operational support to engineering, design, and clinical partners during delivery.
  • Create documentation and training materials to support product launches.

People Leadership & Org Building

  • Learn best practices in product management from senior team members.
  • Begin developing a personal reputation as a reliable and detail-oriented contributor.

Business Impact & Outcomes

  • Help track and report on KPIs for product adoption and performance.
  • Ensure leaders have visibility into data that supports roadmap decisions.
  • Contribute to outcomes indirectly by enabling more effective decision-making.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in product, business analysis, consulting, or health tech preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills, including ability to work with data and synthesize insights.
  • Exposure to Agile software development environments a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
  • Strong communication and curiosity to learn the craft of product management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, healthcare, or related field preferred.
