Job Summary:
Syntricate Technologies is seeking a Product Analyst to assist in defining the vision of strategic initiatives. The role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to document requirements, facilitate workshops, and ensure features are properly defined and approved for execution.
Responsibilities:
• Supports Product Manager to document Features, as aligned with MMP Epics, to deliver on defined business requirements and OKRs.
• Partner with Product Manager, Product Owners and SMEs to carry out business process assessments to identify business needs and priorities.
• Supports Product Manager to understand business challenges and opportunities for improvement, as well as customer/colleague feedback and pain points.
• Assist Product Manager with process maps and low fidelity visuals/mock-ups to illustrate business processes, systems integrations and the end-to-end colleague or customer experience
• Support the facilitation of Discovery and Design Workshops, ensuring all requirements are documented in the Feature Brief
• Partner with Solution Leads to ensure the Tech Design delivers all elements of the Acceptance Criteria, and all impacted teams/cross-team dependencies are identified and properly planned out
• Partner with the SMEs to present the final Feature Brief, gain alignment across all impacted program partners, gather approvals and ensure all artifacts supporting the Feature definition and scope are collected and stored in the feature repository.
• Primary point of contact for Product Owners to gain clarification of Feature requirements to ensure full alignment to acceptance criteria and desired outcomes.
• Support Product Owners with the escalation of issues, blockers and/or obstacles impeding efforts to deliver features.
• Support Product Team, SMEs, and Technology partners throughout UAT Testing, Business Readiness and Change Management activities
• Support Product Manager in post-production discussions and assist with closing functional gaps and required remediation.
• Support Product Manager in measurement of performance against expectations; revisit analysis and strategy to modify approach when a variance is recognized
Qualifications:
Required:
• 6+ Year experience
• The Product Analyst assists in defining the vision of a strategic initiative.
• Works under the guidance of the Credit Modernization Product Director and Design Director to define Features for a given initiative.
• Collaborates with the Product Manager(s), SMEs, business segment sponsors, technology partners and UX leads to define the colleague/customer experience.
• Solicits requirements, facilitates workshops, and documents process flows, visuals/wireframes and acceptance criteria.
• Engages Legal, Risk and Compliance to obtain approval on all features.
• Participates in architecture and UX wire reviews to ensure features are properly defined and approved for execution.
• Must Haves: underwriting, portfolio management, closing, booking, servicing
