Position Summary:
The Customer Executive will champion and drive operational excellence and sales growth for our Private Label ISB portfolio in the Grocery, Mass and Club Channels, nationally. This role centers on developing, managing and optimizing the Private Label commercialization process to support our national ISB customer team in collaboration with management. Leveraging our world class portfolio of capabilities and products, internal stakeholders and strategic planning, you will play a vital role in driving growth for our Private Label.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, manage and optimize the ISB Private Label "Commercialization Process" to reduce organizational friction and develop processes to efficiently and profitably scale our ISB Private Label.
  • Build and maintain productive, professional relationships with internal stakeholders, any assigned customers, distributors, and broker organizations, as needed.
  • Develop and present quarterly and annual business plans in collaboration with managers &/or direct report(s) to maximize sales within regions/channels.
  • Provide leadership and direction across all assigned ISB Private Label account activities, influencing both short- and long-term business decisions internally and externally.
  • Collaborate with Customer teams, General Management, Customers and Brokers to develop and track a pipeline of Private Label sales opportunities.
  • Help develop and advise on our Private Label strategy to systematically identify new business opportunities by leveraging data-driven insights, SWOT analysis & internal stakeholders, as required.
  • Partner with supply chain functions (bakeries, finance, shipping, distribution, and customer service) finance, and relevant customer teams to ensure seamless operations, demand forecasting, production planning and execution.
  • Provide excellent reporting of your business, diagnose issues and provide clear solutions to achieve growth plans

RESPONSIBILITY AND TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
  • 100% focus on supporting BBU ISB Customer Teams to commercialize and grow ISB Private Label.
  • Travel to customer locations, HQs, and industry events as required for business growth.

Education and Work History:
  • BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred but not required. Combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates competencies in process development, sales management, customer management, or category management may be substituted.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in retail sales, customer management, or equivalent roles.
  • Proven experience managing and successfully growing Private Label business
  • Expertise in In-Store Bakery (ISB) Private Label operations, sales strategies, and customer dynamics.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills, including financial reporting and P&L management.
  • Excellence in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook).

SPECIALIZED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
  • Understanding of In-Store Bakery (ISB) Private Label processes, including sales and merchandising techniques.
  • Ability to create and implement change in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
