Job description

We are taking our business in a new direction. Do you love the print marketing industry? We are looking for someone to lead customer service. Experience in commercial printing or direct mail production preferred. Do you enjoy a fast paced day where we help the customer achieve their goals? Experience with Adobe Design software preferred. You don't have to be a graphic designer but rather know how to fix customer files, impose the files for print production and send the jobs back to the production area. Do you know how to run a cutter, creaser folder, a UV machine? Are you interested in AI or other tech to make workflow more efficient? We want team oriented people that want to communicate and talk with our customers. We look forward to hearing from you.

Day to Day Tasks

  • Assist customers via phone, email or ordering portal - place orders
  • Use Adobe InDesign for editing files and imposing jobs for print production
  • Assist with print production (running printers and bindery equipment)
  • Prepare finished jobs for pick up or delivery
  • Assist with invoicing
