Job Summary
This position will provide departmental and customer service support to Print Services. This position serves as a key point of contact for visitors and customers and supports daily departmental operations through a variety of clerical and hands-on tasks, including:
Providing professional and courteous customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors.
Maintaining lobby and front desk coverage by greeting guests and directing inquiries appropriately.
Answering phone calls, taking messages, and assisting with general departmental communications.
Performing office support tasks, including filing, data entry, document preparation, copying, scanning, and organizing records.
Required Qualifications

• Must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Must be enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours during fall and spring semesters at UWG.
• Proficient in using computers and standard office software like Microsoft Office Suite.
