To excel as an Assistant, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in basic office tasks are essential, often supported by a high school diploma or associate degree. Familiarity with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite, calendar management systems, and communication tools is typically required. Building strong relationships with colleagues also helps in anticipating needs and streamlining workflows.
