Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
  • Provide daily care and support to residents
  • Assist with hygiene, mobility, and meals
  • Communicate effectively with nursing staff
  • Promote a safe and comfortable environment
  • Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25-50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodation.

  • Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN Hours

  • Every other weekend availability required (Saturday & Sunday)
Requirements
  • Maryland CNA/GNA license or active CNA required; willing to get a GNA license
  • BLS certification required
  • Compassionate, patient-focused personality
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience in long-term care or rehab preferred but not required
