  • When New Claims Coordinator is here:
    • Create folders
    • Update the referral list for rami
    • Update the share folder (change # to correct FileTrac # & send to manager & to whoever signed up the file)
  • When New Claims Coordinator is not here:
    • Review new claim docs
    • Send email to Manager of Claims for assignments
    • Submit claims to New Claims team in the Philippines for processing
    • All of the above listed under ?when New Claims Coordinator is here?
  1. Estimating:
  • Go through emails and categorize or address
  • Update estimating master list with new files
  • Update estimating master list with updates provided by the estimators
  1. Appraisal*:
  • Appraisal physical mailbox ? check, sort and distribute mail to correct person
  • Packets ? make packets for inspections coming up
  • Closing ? make closing packets and place in closing box
  • Closing ? send boxes to Santiago
