Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Full-Time Position with Benefits
Constellation Health Services is seeking compassionate and dedicated
Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing team. This
full-time CNA position offers the opportunity to work in
Hospice, Homecare, or both, providing meaningful care to patients and families during important moments in their lives.

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Requirements:
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the State of Connecticut
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Passion for providing compassionate patient care

Qualifications:
- Must have successfully completed the CNA training and competency evaluation program approved by the state.

- At least one year of experience and hospice and/or home health experience is strongly preferred.
