Join Our Team! The Westlake Village Inn & Spa is currently hiring Seasonal Pool Servers for the season at Spa Relais. If you have a passion for providing excellent customer service, enjoy working outdoors, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.
Compensation: $16.50 per hour + tips
Requirements
General Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests warmly as they arrive at the pool area and assist them in finding suitable seating
  • Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar promptly, ensuring timely and courteous delivery
  • Be well-versed in the menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to assist guests with any questions and make recommendations when necessary
  • Upsell additional items, such as food or drinks, and promote hotel amenities to enhance the guest experience
  • Maintain a clean and organized pool area, clearing empty dishes, drinkware, and debris
  • Anticipate guest needs, address concerns or special requests promptly, and ensure their experience is enjoyable
  • Work closely with kitchen staff, food runners, and bartenders to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including food handling and guest safety

Desired Skills and Experiences:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in hospitality or food service preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-paced environment
