A little about the position:
We are looking for Shipping Associate for 1st shift.
Some of What You Will Do:
  • Pick correct product and quantity utilizing pick list.
  • Package product in correct staging lane as designated by Shipping Lead.
  • Package product appropriately utilizing Latham Pool Products packaging standards.
  • Sign pick list and turn into Warehouse Team Lead.
  • Assist in stacking product from production department to staging area.
  • Maintain a clean and organized working environment utilizing 5s.
  • Adheres to company policies, quality assurance programs, procedures and safety standards.
  • Other assignments as assigned by Manager.

What You Bring to the Table: (Qualifications)
  • Must have high school diploma or GED with 3-5 years shipping and warehouse experience.
  • Able to work overtime when required.
  • Data entry skills with great attention to detail, basic reading and math skills
  • Must be able to do heavy lifting and forklift experience required.
  • Team player with the ability to communicate effectively in oral and written form.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, generate reports as requested, and set and reach goals while meeting deadlines.
  • Forklift license or ability to drive a forklift and attain a license quickly.
