Scope of Position

The Pool Attendant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction in all pool and recreation areas. This position ensures that all guests enjoy a clean, welcoming, and safe environment while utilizing resort pool facilities.


Qualifications and Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a hotel, resort, or hospitality environment preferred.

  • Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety standards desirable.

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.

  • Frequently required to reach, handle, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch.

  • Must occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
