  • Perform regular quality control checks throughout the cutting and packing process to ensure product integrity, including alignment, size, and print quality.
  • Identify and resolve minor mechanical issues with cutting equipment and escalate complex problems to maintenance when needed to minimize downtime.
  • Accurately input production data into computer systems to track completed jobs, material usage, and output metrics.
  • Work closely with other production staff, press operators, and supervisors to maintain workflow efficiency and meet daily production goals.
  • Consistently adhere to safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE, equipment lockout procedures, and clean work practices to prevent accidents.
  • Keep workstations clean and organized to promote efficiency and safety in the finishing department.
  • Assist in other finishing or production tasks as assigned, including assisting with packing, labeling, and materials handling during peak times or equipment downtime.
