Title: Maintenance Supervisor, FT

Reports to: Business Manager and/or Pastor

Location:St. Andrew Parish |Caple Coral, FL

Classification: Exempt/Salaried

Overview

St. Andrew Parish is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and assist with general maintenance for parish and school buildings and property.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining all property buildings.
  • Oversee completion ofgeneral maintenance projects weekly.
  • Schedule completion of special maintenance projects, in a timely manner as they arise.
  • Maintain and monitor inventory of supplies on a regular basis.
  • Schedule and supervise all maintenance personnel.
  • Schedule and oversee work by vendorsforregular repair service, as budget dictates.
  • Schedule emergency repair visits from vendors, in a timely manner.
  • Oversee Grounds Maintenance and/or grounds vendors.
  • Assist Pastor, Principal, Business Manager and Finance Council with budgeting for long term fix asset projects (roof, parking lot exterior painting, etc.)
  • Assist with the church/school environment at specific times during the year.
  • Facilitate the scheduling of opening and closing of facility daily as dictated by facility calendar of events.
  • Assist departments with the physical aspects of their programs; set ups.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years minimum experience in Facility Management
  • Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and basic electrical work.
  • Ability to work efficiently and prioritize.
  • Ability to work well with parishioners, staff members and supervise others/crew
  • Ability to work indoors as well as outdoors.
  • Must be available for Emergency On call access.
  • Ability to lift approximately 50 lbs. Without assistance.
  • Ability to stand, bend, twist, stoop, push, pull, climb continuously.
  • Must pass a post offer DOV assigned physical exam.
