Parts and Accessories Specialist - Ag

Are you a customer-focused professional with a knack for agricultural parts and machinery? We're seeking an individual to join our client’s team as a AG Parts and Accessories Specialist. Your role will revolve around providing top-notch service in selling, receiving, and delivering parts and accessories to meet our customer's needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Elevate customer service to an exceptional level, ensuring each customer's needs are met with satisfaction.
  • Tackle stocking duties and maintain the organization of the parts room for efficient operations.
  • Handle phone inquiries related to the parts department, offering prompt and informative responses.
  • Provide valuable insights to customers on additional parts that can enhance their repair or service experience.
  • Collaborate with other parts department tasks when required to maintain a smooth workflow.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of John Deere Ag products, as well as other popular brands such as Case IH, New Holland, AGCO and others.
  • Proven track record in delivering robust customer service to both internal and external customers.
  • A solid understanding of parts and machinery, enabling you to effectively assist customers in their selections.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to establish productive relationships with customers and team members.
  • Experience working with software systems, facilitating efficient inventory management.
  • Physical fitness to handle and lift heavy parts as required.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends when necessary to meet customer demands.
  • A background or experience in farming and agriculture, is highly regarded.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Parts Department environment.
  • A Journeyman Parts Designation, while not mandatory, is considered an asset.
