Operating across Agency, Entertainment, and Events, we create integrated campaigns spanning live events, music, sports, experiential marketing, digital content, and branded entertainment.

POSITION SUMMARY

As a Junior Graphic Designer, you’ll be a key player on the Creative team, supporting the development and execution of visually compelling and strategically sound creative across multiple channels. You’ll help bring brand stories to life – from pitch to production – across digital, print, event, and experiential platforms.

You’ll thrive here if you’re a creative problem solver with a strong foundation in design principles, attention to detail, and the hunger to expand your craft. You'll be expected to navigate both structured briefs and ambiguous creative challenges, juggling multiple projects and deadlines with professionalism and poise.

This role is ideal for someone with foundational experience who is eager to learn, experiment, and evolve – including exploring how emerging technologies (like AI) can drive efficiency and push creativity to the next level.

ESSENTIAL AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Creative Design

  • Design creative assets for digital marketing campaigns, social media, paid media, email marketing, presentations, print collateral, environmental graphics, event branding, and promotional materials.
  • Execute creative concepts developed by the Creative team while ensuring visual consistency and brand integrity.
  • Adapt existing campaign creative into multiple formats and platform-specific deliverables.

Production & Asset Development

  • Prepare production-ready artwork for both digital and print applications.
  • Ensure all creative meets technical specifications and quality standards.
  • Organize project files and maintain creative asset libraries following department standards.
  • Assist in preparing presentation materials, mockups, and creative prototypes.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with Creative Director, Art Director, Project Managers, Marketing teams, and Production partners.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative reviews.
  • Incorporate feedback efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and creative quality.

Innovation & Continuous Learning

  • Stay current with design trends, social media creative, typography, branding, motion graphics, and emerging technologies.
  • Explore AI-powered creative tools that improve workflow efficiency and creative output.
  • Bring fresh ideas and cultural awareness into creative discussions.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-2 years of design experience (internships and freelance work considered), ideally in an agency or other fast-paced marketing environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of Figma, Canva, or other layout/UX tools is a plus.
  • Strong grasp of design fundamentals: typography, color theory, composition, hierarchy, and visual storytelling.
  • Portfolio showcasing a variety of projects with an emphasis on layout, brand design, and digital/social assets.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills – able to manage multiple deadlines with accuracy and accountability.
  • Ability to take direction and incorporate feedback constructively.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating high-quality work.
  • Proven ability to work as part of a team with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bilingual highly desirable (English/Spanish).
