About the Role
Join our Orlando-based team as a Light Industrial - Material Handler, where your experience ensures smooth operations in a fast-paced environment. You'll be the backbone of our supply chain, handling materials efficiently and supporting plant productivity. This role offers hands-on involvement and room for advancement within our company.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials within plant, yard, or work site
- Open containers using hand tools; accurately count and weigh materials
- Record material information and maintain detailed documentation
- Move materials manually or with equipment such as forklifts, hand trucks, or electric dollies
- Stack, assemble, and organize materials for efficient workflow
- Assist machine operators by lifting heavy objects by hand or power hoist
- Ship and receive materials as directed
Required Skills and Experience
- 15 years of material handling experience
- Proficient in manual and powered material movement
- Strong attention to detail in counting and weighing materials
- Experience with shipping, receiving, and documentation
