Job description

Primary Responsibilities:

As a Resident Services & Package Handler, you take pride in creating stellar first impressions and enjoy personalizing every interaction with residents. This is a physical, fast-paced position that exemplifies a high degree of professionalism, customer care, and integrity and we are looking for like-minded individuals who do the same. The Resident Services and Package Handler will support our properties in Broward and southern Palm Beach Counties, Monday-Friday from 10:00am-6:00pm.

As a Resident Services & Package Handler, your primary responsibilities include:

  • Lift, carry, organize, and deliver packages throughout the community
  • Receive, scan, document, and track all incoming packages
  • Organize and maintain the package rooms
  • Assist delivery drivers with package room access and deliveries
  • Conduct daily package room audits
  • Monitor package inventory and storage capacity
  • Resolve package discrepancies and resident inquiries
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resident communication
  • Answer phones and assist at front desk as needed
  • Assist with resident events and community programming
  • Complete administrative tasks and data entry
  • Maintain accurate package logs and records
  • Assist with move-in and move-out package coordination
  • Perform other duties as assigned
What You Bring to Us:
  • 2+ years' experience in a hospitality, retail, travel or hotel environment
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A sharp professional appearance
  • Competent with various software, apps and computer programs
  • An eye for detail and a knack for anticipating a customer's needs
  • A customer-focused mentality
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds (we deliver a lot of packages during the holidays!)
