Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and bake fresh breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to established recipes and quality standards
  • Manage morning production schedules to ensure all products are baked, packaged, and ready for delivery on time
  • Operate and maintain baking equipment including ovens, mixers, and proofing stations
  • Load and organize delivery vehicle with accuracy, ensuring all orders are complete and properly packaged
