Shin Imaging, Rezolut Partner, is seeking a CT Technologist to join our team!

Job Summary

The CT Technologist will perform CT scans, also known as CAT scans. These cross-sectional images provide detailed information about soft tissues, blood vessels, and bones, which is essential for accurate diagnostics.

Essential Functions of a CT Tech

  • Perform general CT exams in a timely and complete manner.
  • Position patients and answer any questions regarding the procedure.
  • Ensure the proper dose of radionuclides are administered, starting IV lines if needed.
  • Monitor patient discomfort throughout the procedure.
  • Review images for quality.
  • Accurately document the procedure and update patient records.
  • Injection of IV contrast/willingness to train to inject.
  • Correlation of clinical history to the test that is being performed.
  • Assure that all exams include accurate clinical and demographic information and high quality, complete images.
  • Deliver exceptional customer care.
  • Work as part of a team to assist radiologists, fellow technologists and office staff as needed.

Education and Experience

  • Associate or bachelorโ€™s degree in Radiologic Technology.
  • State licensure in diagnostic imaging.
  • ARRT CT credential (R credential a plus)
  • BLS Certification
