Registered Nurse (RN)
Village of Lebanon – Lebanon, KY

Village of Lebanon is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide quality care and leadership in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver direct nursing care to residents in accordance with standards and physician orders.

  • Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.

  • Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs to ensure top-quality care.

  • Document resident progress and changes in condition.

  • Work collaboratively with physicians, families, and the care team.

Qualifications:
  • Active RN license in the State of Kentucky (required).

  • Strong assessment and clinical skills.

  • Long-term care or rehab experience preferred, but not required.
