Job description

Clinical Review Supervisor

Are you looking for a rewarding career? We're looking for a qualified Clinical Review Supervisor like you to join our Texas Health Resources family.

Work location: Remote (should be local to Texas)

Work hours: Full Time, Monday - Friday (Days)

         Ability to assist and help people while acting as the first touch/contact for patients

Here's What You Need:

Education
H.S. Diploma or Equivalent REQUIRED and
Other Graduate of an accredited school of radiologic technology REQUIRED or
Associate's Degree REQUIRED
Experience
3 Years Radiographer experience REQUIRED and
Progressive leadership HIGHLY PREFERRED

Epic experience preferred
Licenses and Certifications
ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Upon Hire REQUIRED or
GMRT - General Medical Radiologic Technologist Upon Hire REQUIRED
Skills
Epic Cadence experience preferred. Ability to type, spell, write and print legibly with knowledge of personal computers required. Medical Terminology (Intermediate)

What you will do:

         Plans and distributes daily work activity for clinical review team. Supervises team goals for productivity, service level and quality to ensure direct reports are meeting and or exceeding expectations.

         Supervises performance improvement activities and corrective action for direct reports.

         Responsible for ensuring clinical review processes are efficient and consumer inquiries answered in a timely manner. Provides leadership and coordination for improving the organization's focus in delivering a consistent and quality consumer experience.

         Act as the subject matter expert for clinical review team.

         Responsible for generating and monitoring daily, weekly, monthly reports. Makes adjustments to processes to ensure their team goals are achieved. Establish team performance goals to develop staff performing at lower than acceptable job performance.

         Responsible for adhering to System and departmental policies and procedures.
