Machine Operators and Assistants
1st and 2nd Shifts are Available

Our client, a leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, safety consciousness, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Neenah, WI

Pay Range: $20 - $25 (depending on experience)

Shift: First & Second Shift is available

What's the Job?

  • Operate assigned machinery and equipment in a safe and productive manner following Standard Work and supervisor instructions.
  • Handle materials by loading and unloading raw goods and finished products efficiently.
  • Load and unload machinery
  • Help ensure quality product 
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area, supporting overall housekeeping and maintenance tasks.
  • Follow all safety policies, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety features on machinery.
