Forklift Operator
Our customer in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting Forklift Operators to work full-time on 2nd shift.
Responsibilities of the Forklift Operator:
- Operate powered industrial trucks to move raw materials, finished goods, and supplies throughout the facility.
- Load and unload trucks and trailers, ensuring materials are handled safely and accurately.
- Provide raw or WHIP stock to production machines according to production schedules.
- Stack and organize goods in storage areas following inventory control procedures.
- Check loads for stability and secure them properly before transport.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
- Remove machine attachments, waste material, and empty pallets from work areas.
- Assist with shipping and receiving, including order picking and preparing materials for shipment.
- Monitor materials for quality compliance and report discrepancies to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Forklift Operator Requirements and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Forklift certification per OSHA standards.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate warehouse equipment safely.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to a safe work environment.
- Basic computer skills; experience with RF scanners preferred.
- Clean driving record and valid state motor vehicle operator’s license.
Pay for Forklift Operator:
$19.25/hr.

Type: 2nd Shift, Full-time
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 2:00pm – 10:00pm. OT on Saturdays as needed. Occasional schedule adjustments 3:00pm – 11:00pm.
