As a Line Operator, you’ll play a key role in supporting production operations, maintaining quality standards, and helping keep our manufacturing lines running efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Package rolls after indexing them from one core to another or operate automated indexing equipment.
  • Package products according to customer specifications and Revolution production standards.
  • Inspect rolls for splices, defects, and product changes.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to keep production lines operating efficiently.
  • Verify correct roll counts, film specifications, and production supplies.
  • Notify leads or supervisors of production defects or operational concerns.
  • Assist with line changeovers and production setup activities.
  • Follow quality and safety standards when packaging products.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
  • Sustain productivity and quality expectations throughout the shift.
  • Follow all OSHA safety requirements and company procedures.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including every other weekend.
  • Basic reading, writing, and communication skills required.
  • Minimum one year of industrial or manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Experience working with automated manufacturing equipment is a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand and work on your feet for 8–12 hours per shift.
  • Strong attention to safety, quality, and teamwork.
