Job Description

The RBC Dominion Securities Management team is looking for an Assistant Branch Operations Manager to join their team! The Assistant Branch Operations Manager fulfils a leadership role in the branch by providing operational and administrative support to the Branch Management Team and Advisor teams.

What will you do?

  • Act as Associate to Branch Managers when needed; address and resolve staff inquiries with documented issue tracking.
  • Support Branch Operations Manager and Manager with expense management, registrations, and continuing education.
  • Process expense reports and invoices, order supplies, manage calendars, mail distribution, and report preparation for leadership.
  • Organize branch presentations, manage boardroom bookings, arrange catering, and coordinate with internal and external presenters.
  • Assist with strategic initiatives assigned by head office or Branch Director as required.(i.e. charitable donations etc.)
