This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth daily operations, accurate scheduling, and high service standards. What You'll Do
  • Monitor daily delivery operations and resolve service exceptions
  • Support drivers and customer service teams with real-time troubleshooting
  • Train and onboard new team members
  • Build, manage, and adjust office and driver schedules
  • Order and maintain office supplies
  • Prepare delivery manifests and ensure dispatch readiness
  • Collaborate with routing and driver managers to optimize performance
  • Review payroll and resolve discrepancies
