We are currently seeking an Assistant Operations Manager!
The Assistant Operations Manager is well-versed in internal operations and back-office processes and procedures. The Assistant Operations Manager will effectively communicate with the back office and operations teams to create cohesive operating processes and practices.
Responsibilities include:
  • Assisting the Chief Operations Manager with any and all operations issues
  • Promptly answering questions and finding solutions for day-to-day operational issues
  • Assist in roll-out of new programs and/or initiatives as well as support and management
  • Domuso Set-up
  • Electronic Payables Set-up
  • Assist with management of lease documents and updates
  • Assist with management of leasing disclosures for states where required
  • PayLease refunds, chargebacks and miscellaneous support for AMC properties
  • Assisting with takeovers to include property setup, validation of beginning balances, closing and post close functions
  • Support AMC properties in any/all softwares in place, not limited to PM Software

Requirements:
  • Customer service experience
  • 6 months experience in the property management industry
  • Excellent communication skills that create cohesive communication between operations and back office.
  • Be able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks at once
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to take initiative and carry out assigned jobs to completion
  • The ability to remain professional and courteous in a fast-paced working environment
