We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team. This position starts with an hourly wage and offers the opportunity to transition to a salaried position after a successful 90-day probationary period. During the first 90 days, you will receive comprehensive training and mentorship, with the expectation of performance evaluations to guide the transition to a full-time salaried role.
