Pay

  • $60,000 - $70,000/annum

Schedule

  • Wednesday to Sunday, Day Shift

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the Operations Manager to oversee a team of _20_ employees at the site;
  • Evaluate, coordinate, and assign cleaning tasks to team members based on need and skill level;
  • Inspect all work performed to ensure it meets company standards and client expectations;
  • Act as primary onsite point-of-contact for cleaning team for any questions, concerns, or disputes they may have;
  • Promptly respond to any customer inquiries and take action as soon as possible;
  • Ensure proper inventory of supplies and equipment;
  • Ensure efficiency of work and adjust as necessary;
  • Effectively manage employee schedules and adjust as necessary;
  • Participate in on-boarding and training of new employees;
  • Report all inefficiencies, issues, incidents, and other issues to management;
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives;
  • Follow instructions and all safety policies and procedures;
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years experience at the supervisor level;
  • Minimum 3 years experience in the automotive or industrial cleaning industry;
  • The ability to anticipate customer needs, change goals and direction quickly and multitask;
  • Capable of using independent judgment/solid decision-making skills ability;
  • Proven experience interacting effectively with all levels of management, guests, associates, and clientele;
  • Proficiency with general office PC applications;
  • Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Proven job reliability, diligence, dedication, and attention to detail;
  • Must be flexible with working nights, weekends, and holidays;
  • Must be able to reliably commute to work.
