Job description

Position Summary

The Assistant Operations Manager’s role is to manage the day to day operations of a single or multiple facility. To provide direct supervision for Shift Managers, Cashiers, Attendants and other personnel necessary to operate a parking facility.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist the OM with scheduling needs to ensure customer service and operating standards are met through scheduling and managing on-call employees.

• Assist with the day to day activities associated with opening and closing of the facility.

• Collects deposits and reports daily revenue on a consolidated basis and reviews cashier reports for accuracy and completeness daily.

• Ensures the facility is operating in accordance with company policy including, equipment maintenance, proper and accurate signage.

• Ensures the facility’s safety and security for guests and employees by reviewing maintenance checklists and conducting periodic safety audits as directed by the company’s Safety Manual.

• Responsible for resolving those customer concerns that are escalated to his/her attention by the facility’s front-line associates.

• Responsible for documenting Incident forms.

• Responsible always for reviewing, understanding and acknowledging in writing when requested, the company provided policies and procedures that directly support completing my required work duties.

Non-Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• May be asked to fill in for front line associates during their absences.

• May be asked to meet with the property’s client contact on as needed basis.

• Other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.
