Training Wheels ABA is growing, and we are seeking an experiencedย Operations Managerย to join our team and support the continued growth of our Austin-area services.ย 

We are looking for a strong operator who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment, is confident using data to drive decisions, and enjoys balancingย peopleย leadership, operational excellence, and financial performance.ย 

This is an opportunity to take ownership of center operations while partnering closely with clinical leadership to create an efficient, high-performing, and positive environment for both our team and the families we serve.ย 

The Roleย 

Theย Operations Manager serves as the operational leader of the center, working closely with theย Clinical Director and clinical leadershipย to ensure the centerย operatesย efficiently while supportingย strong teamย performance, client access, and financial outcomes.ย 

You will partner closely with the Clinical Director and clinic leadership to:ย 

  • Oversee efficient and effective daily operationsย 

  • Supportย appropriateย staffingย levels, attendance, and coverageย 

  • Drive strongย clientย utilizationย and access to careย 

  • Partner with clinical leadership to supportย parent and family engagementย 

  • Monitor and support revenue and financial targetsย 

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) andย identifyย opportunities for improvementย 

  • Ensure operational and compliance standards are consistently maintainedย 

  • Support a positive, accountable, and engaged team cultureย 

  • Oversee scheduling processes and staffing needsย 

  • Coordinate onboarding and operational aspects of new-hire integrationย 

  • Monitor center performance and provide regular operational reportingย 

  • Identifyย operational challenges and implement solutions that improve efficiency and performanceย 

The Operations Manager willย report directly to the Director of Finance & Operationsย while working closely with theย Clinical Directorย to align operational priorities with clinical needs, client experience, and overall center performance.ย
