  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for improvement

  • Ensure operational and compliance standards are consistently maintained

  • Support a positive, accountable, and engaged team culture

  • Oversee scheduling processes and staffing needs

  • Coordinate onboarding and operational aspects of new-hire integration

  • Monitor center performance and provide regular operational reporting

  • Identify operational challenges and implement solutions that improve efficiency and performance

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented mindset

  • Experience leading teams and holding others accountable

  • Proficient in excel and reporting systems

  • A bachelor's degree preferred, but not required

  • Financial Sustainability

This is more than a day-to-day operations role. It's an opportunity for someone who wants ownership, visibility, impact, and long-term growth within a growing healthcare organization.

Compensation & Incentives

  • Base Salary: $70,000–$80,000

  • Performance Bonus: Up to $1,000 per month based on clinic performance metrics

  • Full-Time, Exempt Position

  • Opportunities for continued growth as Training Wheels ABA expands

Responsibilities and scope may evolve as the organization continues to grow.
