Operations Technology Manager
Location: On-site, Portsmouth, NH. Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates and their families.
The Operations Technology (OT) Manager provides strategic leadership for site OT functions, including Labs, Infrastructure, and MES. Leading a multi-disciplinary team, you will ensure the reliable, secure, and compliant operation of OT systems supporting GMP manufacturing. This role owns the OT project portfolio, drives continuous improvement, and supports global IT/OT enterprise strategies.

What you will do:
  • System Operations: Ensure reliable, secure, and compliant OT operations for manufacturing and laboratory environments.
  • Platform Lifecycle: Manage the lifecycle of critical platforms including DeltaV, Syncade, and MODA.
  • Project Execution: Lead site OT projects, system upgrades, and global IT/OT digital initiatives.
  • IT/OT Integration: Serve as the primary bridge linking OT systems with enterprise IT platforms.
  • Cybersecurity: Architect secure systems and maintain strict alignment with global OT cybersecurity standards.
  • Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to cGMP regulations, data integrity, and system validation.
  • Team & Performance: Direct a team of 10-12 personnel while driving continuous improvement through key performance indicators (KPIs).

What we are looking for:
  • Bachelor's of Science Engineering (Computer Science, IT or related field Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related field).
  • 10+ years experience in OT, automation, IT or related systems in GMP environment .
  • Leadership experience managing technical teams and project portfolios
  • Experience with DeltaV, Syncade, or MODA systems preferred.
  • Strong understanding of OT architecture, MES, automation, and infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of IT/OT integration and cybersecurity principles.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
