Position Summary
The Operations Assistant provides hands-on support for back-of-house operations at the store level during our busiest season of the year. Working under the direction of the Operations Manager, this role helps keep inventory, fulfillment, and warehouse processes running smoothly through the Q4 rush. This is a temporary, seasonal position focused on operational support, with occasional light support on the sales floor.
Core areas of support include: 
  • Assisting with receiving, processing, and staging new inventory. 
  • Supporting accurate and timely transfers, returns, RTVs, and replenishment. 
  • Helping fulfill e-commerce and store-to-customer orders. 
  • Keeping warehouse and backstock areas organized and accurate. 
Core Responsibility Areas
Inventory Support: 
  • Assist with receiving, tagging, and staging new inventory accurately and on time. 
  • Help process special orders, transfers, RTVs, and warehouse shipments. 
  • Participate in scheduled and on-demand cycle counts. 
  • Flag inventory discrepancies to the Operations Manager or Store Leadership. 
  • Support daily replenishment of inventory from backstock to the sales floor. 
  • Process returned products: tagging, steaming, or folding and return them to the floor or correct location. 
Warehouse & Back-of-House Support: 
  • Help organize and maintain warehouse and backstock storage areas. 
  • Constantly restock floor with backstock. 
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient storage and work environment. 
E-Commerce & Fulfillment Support: 
  • Assist with e-commerce orders, charge sends, and store ship-to-customer orders for accuracy and timeliness. 
  • Follow packaging and fulfillment processes that meet brand and customer service standards. 
  • Help monitor e-commerce fulfillment accuracy and timelines, flagging issues as they arise. 
Position Attributes 
  • Organized and detail-oriented 
  • Efficient at completing assigned tasks

  • Able to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities during peak volume 
  • Clear communication and reliable follow-through 
  • Comfortable learning POS back-end systems; Excel familiarity a plus 
  • Eager to learn back-of-house processes and take direction well 
Position Requirements 
  • Experience in retail, warehouse, or inventory-related roles preferred but not required 
  • Basic computer skills; familiarity with POS systems and/or Excel a plus 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Good communication and follow-through 
  • Ability to lift or move up to 50-pound boxes or racks 
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays — availability throughout the Q4 season is essential 
  • Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods of time 
  • Willingness to provide light customer-facing support on the sales floor when needed 
This is a temporary, seasonal position for Q4, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business need
