Position Summary

The Director of Operations - Clinical Services partners closely with the Executive Director and campus leadership team to oversee clinical operations, quality improvement initiatives, compliance efforts, and operational performance. This role helps build systems, processes, and accountability that support resident satisfaction, team engagement, and organizational success.


While candidates with clinical credentials such as an RN, LPN, Director of Nursing, or other healthcare licensure are strongly encouraged to apply, clinical licensure is not required for this position.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Performance

ย ย ย ย ย ย Oversee day-to-day clinical operations and workflows.

ย ย ย ย ย ย Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and effectiveness.

ย ย ย ย ย ย Monitor operational performance and ensure completion of key initiatives.

ย ย ย ย ย ย Support implementation of organizational systems, technology, and best practices.

Leadership & Accountability

ย ย ย ย ย ย Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, and teamwork.

ย ย ย ย ย ย Support onboarding, coaching, and performance management efforts.

ย ย ย ย ย ย Conduct operational audits and follow-up reviews.

ย ย ย ย ย ย Partner with leaders to address performance concerns and improve outcomes.

Compliance & Survey Readiness

ย ย ย ย ย ย Support ongoing CMS survey readiness and regulatory compliance.

ย ย ย ย ย ย Assist with investigations, corrective action planning, and risk management activities.

ย ย ย ย ย ย Ensure policies, procedures, and documentation meet organizational and regulatory standards.

Quality Improvement

ย ย ย ย ย ย Coordinate QAPI and performance improvement activities.

ย ย ย ย ย ย Analyze data and identify opportunities to improve quality, safety, and operational outcomes.

ย ย ย ย ย ย Support achievement of campus and organizational goals.
